Family member unable to access shared Apple One subscriptions

I have had an Apple One account for over a year now. I have shared all the subscriptions with my wife (invited her and she has accepted). In Settings, it shows on both of our iPhones that subscriptions are shared, but in the apps they are not. For example, Music still says we need sign up for a subscription and iCloud says she’s maxed out her iCloud storage and should upgrade to an Apple One subscription.

I’ve signed out my wife’s ID on her phone and re-logged in. I’ve removed her from the Family and re-added her, then ensured she has accepted the invite. Currently both devices show active, shared subscription, but still not working on the apps.

Any help would be appreciated!

Update- after some days passing it would seem all the devices and apps are aligned. I had to turn off and the back on again most services. For example, iCloud backup wasn’t happening. So, I turned it off on the Organizer account and then back on. Backup to iCloud started fairly immediately after that.

Music and Podcasts are working with the subscription too.

Oddly News never batted an eye at this. The whole time News worked fine. 🤷🏼‍♂️
