I need to recover to use with WhatsApp and FaceTime but it is not on blocked list. Happened a week ago. How often does it update. Is there anything I can do?

Hello,
When you block a contact you are just blocking a number. If you receive a call or text from that number it will not appear on your phone.
It doesn't affect calls in the other direction. You still should be able to reach the other party unless they have also blocked your number.
If it goes through with another phone, it must be using a different number.

Accidentally blocked contact now cannot reach him except my non-visual phone. It happened a week ago and is not on the blocked list.
