Pale Orange Box Remains Fixed on Screen When Using Pages

Many may have noticed a pale orange square or rectangle that appears on the screen when using Pages. This box stays in the same position when you scroll, and does not change size when you zoom. I first thought that something was physically wrong with my display, but the image only appears when using pages.

Anyway, I finally figured out that this image appears when you have too many applications open, or perhaps even one pesky app that is running in the background and causing issues. Try closing all of your apps (swipe them up and off the screen) and then reopen pages. This alone solved the issue for me, but if the issue persists then ensure that your iOS software and all apps are up to date, and then restart your device.
