I will be in the UAE on a trip and planning on pre-ordering iPhone 16 online. Can I pick it up in an APPLE STORE in Dubai? It seems that there is no option where you choose to pickup your purchased items at their stores.

Contact the store you want to pick it up from directly. This is a user to user only forum, which no one from Apple participates.

Best to buy a phone in the country in which you will be predominately used.
A phone purchased in the UAE will have no warranty coverage in any other country.
