Hello, I am working on a 2017 Mac Book Pro 15in 2.9 GHz, 16GB 2133 MHz.

I am working with Black Raw Magic files in Premiere Pro. After exporting as a Match Source H.264 the playback on QuickTime is lagging, this is also the case on my phone, but when I send it to people it runs smoothly. I have plenty of storage left on my computer and iCloud. Not sure if this is my Mac and phone or what. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

My playback is laggy I have been using Final Cut Pro X forever and never had this problem. I have imported files from a GoPro and a Sony Alpha. I can scrub over the video and see it with no problems in the timeline. I can play the footage in the import window before it enters the timeline. However, as soon as I click play on the timeline it starts to lag. and the playback becomes no longer smooth. I have turned off background render but the problem is still happening. Can anyone help?

Old mpg files not playing after upgrading to MacOS Sonoma. Since upgrading to MacOS Sonoma this morning, I am no longer able to play my old precious mpg movie files on QuickTime Player. Yesterday, before upgrading, they were playing with no problems.
