Why is one specific contact not receiving my messages?
There is this one person that does not get my messages I would like to know why? And what could I do

That contact may have blocked you. Of course, they will probably never admit this if you ask them.
If you call that contact, do you always get voicemail? That would be another indication that you have been blocked.
