Unable to install Ventura OS - TIA

I’m tying to upgrade my macOS to Ventura but keep getting told that the installation can't continue because "Installation requires downloading important content. That content can't be downloaded at this time. Try again later." Any idea what I could do?

I’ve downloaded the install directly from the App Store. 

Model and year: MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017); 1.8 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

Current system: Monterey

Connected via WiFi 

Available space: 34GB
