MacBook Air M3 - problem with keyboard marks on the screen and abrasions on the keyboard

This is my first Macbook, which I bought about 5 months ago. From the beginning, I noticed that it had an unpleasant problem. The keyboard keys left marks on the screen. From what I've read, this happens quite often and if these marks can be cleaned, then it's simply dirt that settles on the screen. Unfortunately, I've now noticed that under strong light, there are some strange dots that are impossible to remove. They look like a dust. There is also a visible mark from some corners of the keys, as well as the space bar. These are very, very delicate marks that are not visible in normal light, but I'm worried that I can't remove them. If this happens after half a year, what will happen in the next half? Have you encountered anything like this in Macbooks with M3? Is there a chance that Apple service will do something about it? I only have a basic 1-year warranty.

The second thing is the already visible abrasion on the keyboard. It's strange to me that such a problem occurs after half a year.

I am seeing this issue on my m3 air. I had the same problem with my m1 MacBook, actually. With the m1, I couldn't remove/clean off the kb marks after a while. And when I traded in the m1 and reported it was in good condition -- which it was -- Apple eventually reduced the trade-in value due to the abrasions made to the monitor by the keyboard while the cover was closed. Fine. I ate the loss (was given no choice, really) and had assumed Apple would have fixed it by the time the m3 came around. Nope.

I eventually found that carefully applying 'screen mom' directly to the screen helped get the marks out. Previously I had been applying the liquid to a soft lens cloth and then wiping, however it appears as though the marks were grease marks from the keyboard and were quite stubborn. Applying the cleaning liquid directly to the screen (watch it doesn't roll down into the air vent) and wiping away got rid of the marks easily. Hope this helps
