Facetime keeps disconnecting the facetime call that I am on

This keeps happening all the time and it is infuriating. Example: I am on a class call and I get disconnected randomly. It hangs up the call and everytime I try to reconnect it disconnects me again. I have checked my internet and it is completely fine. THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE FIXED! I am on an I pad by the way.
