Keynote won't move back, only move forward when displaying slides.

Hello everyone,

I have noticed that keynote doesn't move back, only forward. Whether I use my Macbook Pro keyboard forward arrow keys or a Canon remote control, I can move slides forward but when I try to move back to a previous slide or previous effect it only displays a blank screen (or whatever color of the slide).

Is there a setting I'm missing that will allow me to move back in my slide presentation?

Keynote has no instant alpha Where is instant alpha? I have been using it for years and now it has disappeared from my toolbar and is not in the range of tools to customize. My old Mac with High Sierra has it and it is great. Looks like the latest Keynote has removed it? I tried Remove Background and I cannot do what I need to do with it. I removes all kinds of items I want to keep.

Keynote slides moving around when zoomed in I'm using Keynote to create some figures, and when the slide is zoomed in, it moves around as I'm editing the text and figures. Is there any way to stop this?
