My uploaded music is showing the wrong artwork - still.

I have an iphone 12 pro that has the most current IOS update. When I tried to sync it with my pc/laptop about a year ago, all my play lists were deleted and the album artwork no longer matches the songs that I had uploaded over the last several years. Songs I bought through itunes are correct.

Has anyone come up with a solution? If so, please give step by step instructions. Sometimes information from the support community isn't as basic as I might need. Thanks for your understanding ;)
