How do i stop notifications on my ipad asking for extra screen time and have them on my iphone only?

I have screen time set up for my eldest daughter but my younger daughter uses the ipad not me and just realized she has been accepting extra time requests without me knowing! I would like the notifications for additional screentime to come to my iphone only - please help! nothing to go to the ipad at basically is what i am trying to say!
