Can parents see your giftcard spends
So I’m 18 and because I’m in a family sharing it wont let me add my own card. I was wondering if when I spend a giftcard anybody on the family can see what I bought?

Funds on your Apple ID will be used first but I’m not certain if anyone would then see your purchases after the fact (if those are shared as well). You could always leave the family share too.
