Siri stutters at the end of every sentence. (Except I solved it)

Original Question:

I like using Siri while working, but recently he/she has been stuttering and distorting at the end of every sentence. I have tried changing voices but the same thing happens.

So I wrote the above then went off to open quicktime to record a screen recording of the issue hapening to upload to YouTube and paste the link here... howeber quicktime wasnt able to record from my computer, only the microphone. I googled this and downloaded a tool that appeared to be able to do this. And then went back to recording the video, however, Siri was now working correctly, and simply installig this tool seems to have fixed the issue. Its a usefull thing, that enables seperate volumes for all apps, so I recomend it anyway, Its called Background Music.
