If you did not jailbreak your phone, there is nothing to clean.

Your problems have nothing to do with your phone.

You willingly gave a scammer your personal information. Contact the police and contact the Social Security Administration. Contact the credit agencies and lock down your credit reports and contact your bank(s) to lock down your accounts and cancel any compromised credit cards.

Then you weren't hacked (which is just short of impossible on a non-jailbroken iOS device). And neither was your router.

You freely gave your personal information to a crook when you logged into the site the scammer convinced you to go to and filled in the personal information it prompted you for.

They now have lots of information on you. With your name and SS number, they can much more easily set up fake credit cards in your name, and who knows what else. Expect to have a LOT of headaches come up with this identity theft.

I presume you also gave them your Apple ID and password. With that, they can login as you from any other device and see everything you do that is stored via iCloud. Photos, contacts, messages, etc. They can also do whatever they want with them. Delete, add or change data. After all, iCloud thinks it's "you".

You need to do a lot of cleaning up - IMMEDIATELY!!!

Call your bank, let them know your accounts may be compromised, and to put a lock on the account(s). Call your credit card company and have them cancel your current card NOW! Have them reverse the fraudulent purchases if possible. They will also need to issue you a new card.

You MUST kick the crooks out of your Apple account. You MUST do this to prevent them from changing the password before you do. If they do it first (or already have), then you'll have to consider your account lost. Getting it back will be nearly impossible.

Very likely, they will have added their phone number or devices as trusted contacts so they can see when you're trying to change things. Change the account password first to something difficult to guess. Then put any unknown devices into Lost Mode and remotely erase them.

Also change your Facebook password before they do.

Yes, you have quite a mess on your hands now.

Per KiltedTim's note to contact Social Security.

my router may have been hacked and it seems like my passwords keep changing and some of my pictures that I did not post on Facebook I’ve been posted and I’m guessing since my laptop was hacked it’s being cleaned at this moment for malware and I would like to clean my phone before I bring the new computer home and maybe change my Internet passwords one more time. I feel stupid but a scammer got me to log into a site where I had to give all my information, including Social and a debit card. And they just made 2 transactions on PayPal.
