I am unable to accept a family sharing invitation with error on my iPhone

Hi I am trying to accept an invitation to family sharing via my iPhone. I have no members in my family, I have stopped using family sharing and I have no shared subscriptions. I get this message. What does it mean and what do I need to do. Thanks
