iCloud+ sharing locks up setting app on MacOS Airbook Pro

  1. Original issue is that one of our iphones maintains the 5GB icloud storage in family sharing even with family sharing selected. iCloud+ account is for 2TB of storage.
  2. Turned iPhone storage off then back on all devices. With no success.
  3. Can't add family members to iCloud+ account from any of our devices: 3 iphones, 1 iPad, 1 Macbook Pro all use the same apple id account except one iphone (the one that maintains 5.0GB clould storage.
  4. Using a MacBook Pro with MacOS 14.1.1 (23B81).
  5. Logged into to my iCloud account online.
  6. Selected family sharing.
  7. Selected continue on device.
  8. Selected view option ong the pop-up notification on desktop.
  9. Setting app appeared and automatically went to "Family"
  10. Selected add family members to sharing.
  11. Blank window appears over setting window.
  12. Unable clear settings nor close settings app. Required Mac reboot to clear.
  13. Any ideas?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.1
