find podcast files in time machine backup

I recently had to factory reset my Macbook because of the failed uninstallation of a VPN client put on my machine by an employer. I'm currently transferring files from the backup to my machine the old-fashioned way but one thing I'm struggling with is old podcasts that are no longer available to download.

There's supposed to be a folder called Library that contains them, which I've found on the computer, but I can't find it in the Time Machine backup. Any ideas?
