Unable to add any card to wallet app

when I press the add button in my wallet app, it keeps buffering for a while, then i receive “an unknown error occurred” and all of my previously removed cards issuers sends me a text tells me that the cards has been successfully removed.


I've tried all of the steps in the related article, restart, force restart, deleted VPN, reset all settings, and even different internet connection, but it ended with nada.

any tips?

Please contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics on your iPhone. This sounds like it could be an NFC module issue. The remote diagnostics report and identify issues with the NFC module. Alternatively if you’re near an Apple Store you can make an appointment for the Genius Bar and they can do diagnostics also.
