Music from my iPhone 13 Pro has been autoplaying on my HomePod

I’m on iPhone 13Pro and the past couple days my music from my phone has been autoplaying on my homepods. We were woken in the middle of the night with music blaring, it stops the music we do choose, to play music from my iphone, and it pauses our AppleTV while we’re watching. It’s very annoying and invasive. Is anyone else having this issue? I think it’s been since the update.
