Family sharing passcode reset

I set up family sharing and screen time limits for my son when he was little on his iPad and then he hasn’t used an iPad in a long time. Now he’s much older so I got him a phone and I can’t get back into update the screen time limits because I can’t remember the family sharing password.

I can’t find a forgot password or reset button. Any ideas?
