Since you went to the trouble of finding the Windows on Mac forum threads...I assume this issue occurs when you are booting into the Windows OS, and not on the macOS side?
Assuming so, did you complete the Bootcamp install properly and get the drivers installed with Bootcamp Assistant?
If not and this is on the macOS side - if the OS says you have no Wifi hardware, then something has probably failed.
