iPhone 13 won't charge (charging port clear/not wet)

My iPhone 13 was charging fine until yesterday when it wouldn't charge and displayed a 'Water detected in lightning connector/port' warning, which I found strange because my phone hadn't been in any water, only a little bit of light rain which it has been before and I never got this warning before. I left it for 2 hours to air dry like you're supposed to but when I went to plug it in again, it showed the lighting bolt on the battery in the corner like it was charging however I came back in an hour and it hadn't charged and decreased by 10% battery. After this, when I plugged it in, the phone wouldn't acknowledge the charger at all and wouldn't charge. It has been 24 hours since then and it still won't charge. The charging port is clear and has no buildup or dust in it and if it had been wet it would have dried by now. Not sure what to do as it is on 3% and I can't go to my local Apple Store as I am on holiday and there aren't any around me.
