Contact defaults to FaceTime Call

If I'm in Messenger and want to call a contact, I tap the contact's info at the top. Then, when I tap the "Call" button, it automatically initiates a FaceTime call instead of calling their phone. I'm not sure why this is happening.

If I want to call them, I either have to go through the Contacts app or the phone app itself.
