Screen time won’t block all apps

I have set screen time restrictions for my children - I restrict the time that have on apps and I have set a downtime. It doesn’t seem to matter what I do but time and time again Snapchat, tik tok and instagram will not lock/block. I have constantly removed, reset and redone the restrictions and they NEVER work. Has anyone managed to make it work for all apps? Help!!
