I have a 2023 MBP 14" m2. I want to run 2 AOC widescreen monitors with 2 HDMI and 2 Display Port inputs. Can I do this. I can run one right now. What do i need to be able to do this? I do not want them to mirror each other but able to extend the desktop or simply use them with my main display off. Thanks in advance.

If you look on Amazon, you can find a number of USB-C to DisplayPort and USB-C to HDMI adapters and adapter cables. Also regular DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort and HDMI-to-HDMI cables.
So if your MBP supports two monitors, I'm sure you can find some cable/adapter arrangement that will work.

The 13" M2 MacBook Pro only supports one external display, whether the lid is open or closed. Closing the lid to free up a display output is a feature on MacBook Airs and MacBook Pros with the base M3 chip.
14" MacBook Pros based on the M2 Pro and M2 Max chips can support two (M2 Pro) or more (M2 Max) external displays, with the lid open. (It is probably a good idea to run with the lid open so they can get rid of waste heat.). These MBPs have three USB-C (Thunderbolt) ports, a HDMI port, and a SDXC card slot. A 13" M2 MBP would not have the third USB-C (Thunderbolt) port, the HDMI port, or the SDXC card slot, but would have a Touch Bar.
