iBook G3 Repair

Hello! I am retro computer YouTuber Micro486 and I am looking for a way to restore an old iBook G3 from 2002. The device has a completely empty HDD with absolutely NOTHING on it. Not even a bootloader, not a single kilobite of DATA. Is there a way to image Mac OS 9.2.2 to the HDD and make the setup bootable from there or make a USB stick that has a bootable version of Mac OS 9.2.2 setup/install disk?

How to create a bootable drive of an old os version on Ventura? I want to create a bootable drive to use on an old iMac that is stuck in recovery mode. It was running High Sierra and I'd like to reinstall it via the flash drive. I've tried to download the High Sierra via the links provided by apple on my MacBook but because my Macbook is running Ventura it just takes me to the software update page and says there are no updates available at the moment. How can I download the installer just to add to a USB drive?

during recovery there is no disk icon to install macOS to Trying to revert to an older os on an intel MacBook Pro. During the process there's a screen to "select the disk where you want to install macOS" but I've no disk to select!
