WhatsApp calls sound problems (weirds, loud cracks)

Hello

As soon as I answer to an audio or video call from WhatsApp on my Mac (Mac Pro end 2013 with Maverick 12.7.6) I get weirds, loud cracks sounds from my Bose speakers (no problems with the Built-in speaker), and in order to keep on hearing from the Bose speakers the only solution is to reboot my mac. I tried to completely uninstall then reinstall WhatsApp but the problem persist... Any guess how I can solve this problem?
