Invite people does NOT work on the Home app.

Hello everyone, after configuring the new hub (homepod mini) and inserting some sensors (everything works perfectly on iPhone) I tried to send the invitation to join the house to two people from the family. Negative result.... following Apple's explanations there is no invitation by opening the home app -> home setting ->..... Devices are updated to the latest operating system, iCloud keychain enabled, double verification enabled, Home app enabled on iCloud..... Where could the problem be? Thank you all.
