I noticed that updating to iOS 17.6.1 has significantly drained the battery life from 85% to 79% in just 2 weeks. Has anyone seen their iPhone 13 with this drastic drop in battery? My device is just 2 years old.

No, it's not his battery the 17.6.1 update has an issue that affects the batteries even on newer iPhones and Apple must fix it urgently.

Nope. iOS 17.6.1 didn't do anything to any of the devices we own, nor has anyone I know, such as everyone in my office experienced any unusual battery health issues after updating to 17.6.1. iOS updates themselves don't cause battery health decline.
