Photo’s app won’t share video

I have a shared album consisting of under 15 minute video clips digitized from video tape. One particular video when shared appears in the shared album briefly, can even be opened and watched but then it is suddenly removed from both the shared album and from the screen. No error code is given. I have attempted to share it using both my Macs and my phone. In every case it appears to have worked until it suddenly disappears.
