Macbook PRO M1 pro shuts down after login

Hi, I have a problem with my MacBook Pro M1 Pro. I bought it in 2022, and now, when I type my password, it shuts down immediately and does not turn on again, even if I press the power button. For the MacBook to turn on again, I need to plug in the charger. This error always occurs the same way: after typing my password and pressing enter, the MacBook shuts down.

No, even when the MacBook is plugged in, the error is the same; after typing my password, it shuts down. It does not boot.

Disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.

Try booting into Safe Mode to see if you can finish logging in.

If you still cannot boot, then you will need to try booting into Recovery Mode. If you can reach the Recovery Mode utilities, then run Disk Utility First Aid on the hidden Container. Within Disk Utility you need to click "View" and select "Show All Devices" before the hidden Container appears on the left pane of Disk Utility. Even if the First Aid summary says everything is "Ok", click "Show Details" and scroll back through the report to see if any unfixed errors are listed. If there are errors, then run First Aid again until the errors are gone....if the errors remain after a few attempts, then the errors cannot be fixed.

When you plug in the charger does it then boot normally...?

How are you?, I have exactly the same problem, it seems that everything works correctly, ports, charger, USB charging, everything but when trying to enter the pass user, PUM turns off completely, nothing reacts, just leaving the power button pressed for around 20 seconds I can start again, I have a 14-inch m1 pro, were you able to investigate or solve the problem or is it still happening? thank you.

Hi! Yes, the technicians found the error, but it was too late. There’s something strange with the battery or the battery flex cable. First, they disconnected the battery flex cable, plugged in the MacBook, and then turned it on. Surprisingly, it worked perfectly. After that, they reconnected the battery flex cable, and the battery burned out! So, in my case, the problem was with the battery or the flex cable. Now, my MacBook works perfectly, but only when it’s plugged in, without a battery.

Greetings, thank you very much, it worked for me, but I only removed the flexible cable, now there is the other cable that goes directly to the board and to some pins on the battery, the strange thing is that now it starts but in certain things it turns off again, You don't know if they left this second flexible connection connected? thank you.
