Would someone hear me if I put them on hold on a FaceTime call?

Hey! I been thinking about what would Person hear when Im with them on FaceTime call and they receive regular(not facetime) call and they answer the call by putting me on hold, would that person hear me while Im Hold? or not? because I feel like I remember when I put someone on hold because I received urgent call(regular) and had to put facetime call on hold, and while I was on the regular call i felt like I could hear the facetime call even if its on hold.
