This Apple Account was created for a different country/region. Go back and select that country/region, or choose a new Apple Account.

If you live in Bangladesh you need to create an account set to Bangladesh. I know there are very few features Apple offers for that country but unless you move to a different country then that is all that is available to you there. Creating an account in a different country would require your meeting the criteria for an account in that country which are very difficult to meet unless you actually live there.
