Setting up Google apps on iPhone 14 and change my password as I deleted old password and it deleted Google saved password on saved password site so I don’t know how to change that or my phone number or recovery email

Change Apple ID for cancelled email account I’m not too computer savvy, but I have issue with my Apple ID. My iPhone Apple ID is an old email address I haven’t used in years. Fortunately, I’ve never logged out from my account, as I don’t know the passcode to get back into my acct. In order to recover the passcode, Apple sends instructions to my old email acct which was cancelled years ago. So How do I change Apple ID and password for my phone so I can make changes to my account with my current email address?
