There is no general answer, because there is no general problem. There may be a problem with a few specific phones, but it doesn’t affect the hundred million or so of that model. There have been claims of battery drain for every iPhone model and every iOS version for the past 17 years. If you are concerned about it for your specific phone then troubleshoot the problem. Remember that the only things that use energy on an iPhone are apps and cellular data. So if your battery is not performing the way you expect go to Settings/Battery and see which apps are using the most energy.
And also consider that your expectations may be unrealistic. If you charge your phone overnight, every night, with Optimized Battery Charging enabled and it doesn’t need charging until the next night (unless you are an exceptionally heavy user) it is working as designed.
