How to fix incorrect song file locations in Windows 11?

I recently had to move to WIN11 from WIN7 and that involved all kinds of file location changes. Many, not all, of the songs have the wrong location. In some cases I will get prompted to find the file but in others I do not. How do I fix the ones that are wrong? I cannot move the song to the location that the properties shows.
