I lost service on my iPhone 14 pro max from last few days. The only thing that looks weird is that in the settings under General the physical sim the network shows as unavailable and if I open the link it says “phone not allowed”. What can I do now.

Try Riding of "Phone Not Allowed":
Perform a Factory Reset. Do as the link says, and back up your iPhone first.

I have restarted, reset, tried my sim in another phone where it works. I have spoken to my provider Three who said it’s not the sim or their network problem.
