My iPhone 15 Pro Max has been overheating since I got it. Has this problem been resolved😩?

Please make sure that your iPhone is indeed overheating, and isn't just warming up to a normal temperature, that would be expected under the circumstances. Are you seeing any signs that your iPhone is overheating, such as warning messages, issues with the iPhone itself, etc.? Or is your statement based solely off of the temperature of the iPhone in your hand?


Please review this Support Article, as it has a lot of good information on this issue: If your iPhone or iPad gets too hot or too cold - Apple Support.


If the issue persists after you've determined that the heating up of your iPhone is abnormal, consider reaching out to Apple Support.

Have you had Apple look at your phone? If not, they could certainly not have resolved it.

In the future, it's good to remember that if you're not happy with something you purchased from Apple, you can return it within 14 days and get a new one.


Even if you're beyond the return period, you still have your warranty.


And definitely update.
