I have tried everything but this picture won't seem to work. I keep getting the "Art - Artwork must be 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests" error. What am I doing wrong? It's 2000x2000 349 mb
Posting the image here doesn't help because the forum software resizes it. If you poost the URL of your feed I will ntake a look at the image.
Neither of those is the feed, however I was able to find the feed URL from the Podbean page, which is

The URL in the 'itunes:image' tag in the top section of the feed (before the episodes) is

which is why your feed has been rejected. You have an image within your top episode's tags: its URL is

This is the image which should be in the former tag. It is the image you posted above, and is compliant with the requirements.
