How can i connect Apple Music to Discord to show what im listening to like Spotify? Im talking about the Apple Music app not Itunes

this is a third party app, but it's open source so you can see what it does with your data: PKBeam/AMWin-RP: A Discord Rich Presence client for Apple Music's native Windows app. (github.com)
works great, and even allows for last.fm integration
