How to stop ScreenTime from my other Apple ID sharing to my main unrelated ID?

I have 2 different users set on my Sonoma 14.6.1 mac, where user with ID 1, unrelated to any other accounts or sharings, is set up as the only administrator, and another user signed in as my other Apple ID, involved in family sharing where my family can see my screentime. However, I found out that when I am completely signed out from the user in ID 2 using Command + Shift + Q, my time spent on ID 1 still updates to my Screentime on ID 2, with family sharing.

The specific activities such as web pages and apps used doesn't update across, but the 'Total ScreenTime' does add up from 2 completely unrelated accounts.

I am in a school that uses devices for learning but my parents orders me to have a screentime under 5 hours per day without setting screentime limits but checking manually everyday, which makes it arguablely worse. They are very strict and decided that is the way it is going to be run, with no space to do the talking. (Or I wouldn't have ended up here.)

What can I do to stop the data sharing to ID 2? Even if it is just to share the data to ID 1.

Thank you very much and I would appreciate everything you give.
