I have a problem with whatsapp after few months which I recievied videos cannot be played in whatsapp or in photos app. If i forward it another user, they are able to access and play it. I just only here the sound but cannot see the video.

This seems to now be quite common. Whether it is an iPhone issue or a Whatsapp one I can't tell but it does seem to affect iPhone users I know and not androids. Started a few weeks ago I think. iPhone 12m
There is a similar fault with WhatsApp for Windows. Although since this is done through the iPhone I'm not sure we can completely rule out an IOS change being in the loop.
I suggest people register the fault through the WhatsApp settings | help centre | contact support.
I'm surprised the issue doesn't show up on my search of the web since I know quite a few people experiencing this.
