Syncing Problems?

My iPhone was stolen while on vacation. I got myself a replacement and worked with my carrier to get a new eSIM. I was having problems with trying to setup my emails on the new phone because it kept telling me that I had the wrong password. Now that I somewhat got all of that straightened out, I noticed that my daughter became the Organizer in our Family Sharing, some of my contacts are missing and I can’t get my old contact list back on to my new phone. Please help. I don’t know what to do. BTW…this is asking me to choose a device below but I don’t know which on it is because one is the stolen device and the other is the new device. I hope I’m doing this correctly.🤞
