I am setting up a new iPad Air for my kids. I am on the screen setting up parental controls and it will not let me do anything after choosing an age, adjusting the controls I want stricter than apple sets and clicking on update restrictions and nothing happens. The only other option is to turn off restrictions which is not what I want.

Update: I also tried clicking on turn off restrictions and it does nothing as well. There is no back button. I tried power button and it takes me to the hello screen. Then I have to unlock with the passcode I set up but then takes me right back to the update restrictions screen which still does nothing
