When I ask Siri to send one of my contacts a WhatsApp message, she responds: Hmmmm it looks like (person) doesn’t have WhatsApp turned on.

ive tried several names. (And I can write to these people without a problem, it’s just voice command that doesn’t work.

what can I do? I just uploaded latest software and problem still there.

We've seen several posts about this lately. WhatsApp is not an Apple product, so you'll need to contact them for help with their app. Apple has nothing to do with WhatsApp. Just know you're not alone on this and Meta, the parent company of WhatsApp has had to release lot's of updates lately, most of them riddled with bugs.
