Transfer child account to spouse when I no longer have an iOS device

I have recently upgraded my device to a galaxy note, I did not to at the time of trade in that I’d need a iOS device to approve transferring my sons screen time to my wife’s created family screen time. I’ve attempted to log into appleid.apple.com. I cannot log out of child’s account on iPad to recover my account to preform transfer, and we have no other apple devices aside from wife’s iPhone and son’s iPad. Any work arounds?
