I want to remove my daughter from family sharing

Your daughter must be older than 13. Then you can remove her in Settings -> Family -> Your daughters name -> Remove

If under 13, a child cannot have their own account and must belong to a Family Sharing group, so you will only be able to transfer her to another Family Sharing Group.
