Camera not recognised & showing unknown part

My iPhone 13 pro max rear camera has stopped working properly and it is telling me the camera is now not a genuine part.The phone has not been opened or tampered with and has always had a protective cover.

I have restarted the phone but nothing changed.it also appears the macro lens is not working.The settings area is also now telling me the camera is not genuine but the thing is i never change anything.after thr update the phone to 17.6.1 it’s happening to my phone.Is the hardware faulty or is it the software??

Now help me out that what’s the solution? how to solve it up?
