Siri calling a business instead of my contacts

I have a few contacts that are the same and/or similar to business names. Recently Siri has been calling businesses that are not in my contacts instead of my contacts. For example, I ask it to call "Cherri" and it gives me two businesses that are 200 and 164 miles away from me. This is so annoying! Has anyone else had this problem?

I have been using siri for 12 years and she has been helpful. BUT some months ago she became wack! Example: I will ask siri to call Walt (my son) who is saved in my favorites and she began calling Walt Disney World in Florida. So I began asking to call my son Walt last name and she calls Lastname auto repair a state away. So I put him in my contacts as Walter Walt last name but she still calls businesses not in my contacts. And he is not the only one. Siri has even called internationally instead of my contact. I grew to depend on Siri over the years but now it is an app of great frustration and disappointment and anger. I just want back the easy relationship I have enjoyed with siri over past years. WTF! apple please get it together.

The manual says this:

Call someone on your contacts list

Siri: Say something like: “Call Eliza’s mobile.” Learn how to use Siri. ...

So, if you tag Cherri's number in your Contacts with, maybe, "home", and then say "Hey Siri, call Cherri's home" it might remove the ambiguity.

Where does Siri get the spurious numbers from, anyway? Is it just the result of a generic interweb search?

The problem persists despite my best attempts at making it as painfully simple and as clear as possible that there is only one person that should be dialed when giving the command "Hey Siri, call opt. 1) [FIRST NAME]; 2) [FIRST NAME, LAST NAME]; 3) [NICKNAME]; 4) FIRST NAME, LAST LETTER OF SURNAME]".

I even set up a Shortcut with the name as the command, "Call [FIRST NAME]" and it Siri STILL chose to call the business that shares the name of the contact. This is also after disabling all suggestions from Siri within Contacts and Phone submenu settings!!!

This contact was then saved as a favorite in the main Phone app, and yet again, it STILL chose the business that has not once even been called by this device.

Why is Siri believing that I would want to call a random business over an actual, saved contact within my phone? It is ludicrous that Siri would be programmed to operate this way, and it is genuinely infuriating to me that this would be contributing to the digital insanity that is just running so rampant within the landscape of the digital era. I am so tired of fighting with iDevices.
